Membership Criteria

LGBTQ+ adults (18+ years old) living in one of the five boroughs

Living with a mental health diagnosis

Currently seeing a psychiatrist or therapist, if you do not have a provider let us know and we can refer you to one

Intake Process

Ask your therapist or psychiatrist to fax us your most recent psychosocial assessment and/or a psychiatric evaluation. Our fax number is 718 285 8610

Once we receive your paperwork, we will contact you to schedule a tour of the club and meet Randy, our Director of Member Services

After that, we will schedule an intake appointment to become a member of Rainbow Heights Club
