After 20 years at 25 Flatbush Avenue, Rainbow Heights Club has moved locations! Our new space is just a few blocks away at 25 Elm Place, Brooklyn, NY 11201.
Rainbow Heights Club is PAUSING all Club services from Monday, February 21st through Friday, February 26th while we move.
Tuesday, March 1st will be our first day of on-site services at 25 Elm Place.
Note: Limited HCBS services will be available by phone February 22-23rd. Both HCBS and Club services will be available by phone Monday, February 28th.
