To get started, please ask your therapist or psychiatrist to fax us a copy of your most recent psychosocial assessment and/or psychiatric evaluation. Fax to 718.285.8610 / Attention Rainbow Heights Club.

Then we'll contact you to set up a time to tour the club, speak with our Director of Member Services, Randy Killings, and answer any questions about our activities and services.

We'll follow up this meeting with a formal intake appointment. Once completed, you will be a full-fledged member of Rainbow Heights Club.

If you are not comfortable telling your therapist or psychiatrist that you are LGBTQ, or if you do not have a therapist or psychiatrist, contact us! We can help you find an affirming provider.
